「ユニバーサルマナー～思いやり～」

皆様、こんにちは。 

バンケットマネージャーの森田でございます。 

先日、ユニバーサルマナー検定を受験いたしました。 

①高齢者・聴覚障害者に関する実技研修 

②車いすに関する実技研修 

③視覚障害者に関する実技研修

研修を通じて私が一番に感じた事は、

当事者の気持ちと私の気持ちに少し差異があった事です。

例えばサポートする際、当たり前に肩を

持ってもらっておりましたが、

「腕」や「肘」の方がつかまり易いのではないか等

本当の意味で相手の立場に立った提案を学ぶ事が出来ました。

Hello, everyone:)

I took an examination of the universal manner

the other day.

1.The practical skill training about the elderly people,

the hearing visual impairment

2.The practical skill training about the wheelchair

3.The practical skill training about the blind people

There are some differences between my thought

and their thought.

I learned how to help them and suggest to the point

in some situations.
